Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct facility risk control surveys.
  • •Develop client loss estimates (MFL) on site and portfolio basis to support insurance program builds.
  • •Perform hazard identification and risk assessments at client sites.
  • •Develop and deliver hazard awareness and prepare insurance underwriting information reports.
  • •Evaluate and respond to insurance company recommendations while supporting team goals and values.

Key Requirements

  • •5–10 years’ experience as an engineer in the Natural Resources space, with emphasis on mining.
  • •Engineering degree or equivalent experience (other qualifications may be acceptable with proven experience).
  • •Familiarity with NFPA and/or FM Datasheets related to fire protection.
  • •Strong verbal and written technical communication (English) and good interpersonal skills.
  • •Valid Class 5 driver’s license and a clean driver’s abstract required.
