Key Responsibilities

  • •Detail vehicles, including washing, interior cleaning, and exterior buffing.
  • •Move vehicles from one department to the next in Inspection Centers.
  • •Take photos of vehicles for customer visibility in Carvana spinners.
  • •Inspect the interior and exterior and identify imperfections/defects.
  • •Follow safety procedures while working shifts and supporting mandatory overtime based on business needs.

Key Requirements

  • •Be able to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools, including lifting up to 60 pounds independently.
  • •Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license (some positions may require an MVR check).
  • •Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment, including exposure to heat/cold.
  • •Use safety equipment including face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask, and other protective garments/equipment.
  • •Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
