Shape language as part of the product system by designing microcopy, labels, messaging, and information hierarchy within product flows. Work embedded in a product tribe to clarify terminology, validate comprehension with UXR, and partner with Product and Engineering during discovery. Own content strategy for initiatives, evolve voice and tone guidelines across onboarding and compliance workflows, and raise the content craft bar to reduce confusion and support tickets.
