Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and maintain the IVVQ strategy for the full land connectivity solution, optimizing synergies with the export project.
  • •Ensure technical coordination of IVVQ for the solution.
  • •Plan and lead IVVQ work and supervise test preparation and execution.
  • •Supervise end-to-end anomaly management and ensure proper management of test platforms, engineering artifacts, and datasets.
  • •Contribute to Lean methods and resolve IVVQ technical debt (maintenance, test platform upkeep, and test priority reviews).

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience in Integration, Verification, Validation, Qualification (IVVQ), ideally including at least 3 years leading IVVQ for complex systems.
  • •Strong technical knowledge of radiocommunications and IP networks, plus engineering tools (Jira, IVV Management, Lean/Agile, Pull scheduling).
  • •In-depth knowledge of knowledge management, cost estimation, and the ability to build and adapt a test strategy.
  • •Fluent professional English.
  • •Demonstrated rigor, analytical and decision-making ability, strong teamwork, and leadership enabling responsibility for a team.
