Job Summary

Manage customer contract renewals, software subscriptions, and lifecycle service agreements for Emerson’s Systems & Software business. Own the end-to-end quote-to-order process (quotation, contract administration, order processing, follow-up), proactively track upcoming expirations, and engage customers to drive renewal success. Coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Care, Factories, Licensing, Finance, Legal, and Operations, while analyzing contract details and performance against renewal and recurring revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and support contract renewal activities across Emerson Systems & Software solutions.
•Own the end-to-end quote-to-order process including quotation preparation, contract administration, order processing, and follow-up.
•Monitor upcoming contract expirations and ensure renewals are completed within established timelines.
•Engage customers to support maintenance agreement, subscription, and lifecycle service renewals.
•Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Customer Care, Factories, Licensing, Finance, Legal, and Operations) to execute successful customer orders.

Key Requirements

•University degree.
•Professional experience providing sales support, inside sales, customer service, contract administration, commercial operations, or a similar customer-facing function.
•Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Proficiency in English (written and verbal) and good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
