Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive end-to-end freight payments for CORP Global, coordinating with freight forwarders to resolve payment-related queries.
  • •Understand freight-related documentation and ensure freight invoices are billed per contractual rate card.
  • •Deliver timely payments for freight carriers by identifying payment owners and closing issues.
  • •Track invoice status and provide feedback to stakeholders; resolve problems to ensure timely payments.
  • •Review transport performance vs. invoicing, prepare weekly transport payment reviews, and drive process improvement initiatives to reduce spend and cycle time.

Key Requirements

  • •PGDBM (Supply chain) or International Business/Business Administration with around 3 to 4 years of experience in logistics industry for EXIM (Export & Import) operations.
  • •Experience handling end-to-end logistics payments (Import/Warehouse/Domestic dispatch/Export) and managing export/import forwarding with a focus on cost savings and SLA improvement.
  • •Proven track record of successful handling of new projects.
  • •Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • •Knowledge of logistics terminology and relevant data elements for reporting (preferred).
