Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure you have proper supplies and PPE for the day’s patients.
  • •Access your schedule and travel to patients’ homes using modern technology.
  • •Build warm, patient-centric connections and collect relevant information before performing services.
  • •Provide diagnostic and preventative services including phlebotomy/specimen collection, diabetic foot screenings, retina exams, ECGs, and more.
  • •Label collected samples correctly and coordinate lab drop-off or shipment as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 24 - 28 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Previous venipuncture experience and a commitment to high-quality patient care in a home-based setting.
  • •Technologically savvy and comfortable using mobile devices for charting and HIPAA-secure messaging apps for coordination.
  • •Ability to work independently or in a team environment with minimal supervision and handle last-minute problem solving.
  • •Reliable transportation and ability to physically access patient homes (including climbing stairs and carrying up to 20 pounds).
  • •To begin working: state required licensure/proof of training, national certification where needed, Basic Life Support, completion proof for licensure level, valid Driver’s License, and current vehicle insurance.
