Partner with Finance Systems, GTM/RevOps, People Ops, and IT to translate requirements into durable solutions and troubleshoot API and schema failures.

Key Responsibilities

•Build and maintain integrations across enterprise systems including Salesforce, CPQ, NetSuite, Workday, Marketo, Snowflake, and related applications.
•Develop data pipelines, workflow automations, and reverse ETL-style syncs for GTM, Finance, and People Ops.
•Translate business requirements into scalable, observable, and maintainable integration designs, data mappings, and implementation plans.
•Troubleshoot data sync issues such as schema mismatches, API failures, and workflow exceptions across multiple systems.
•Implement error handling, logging, alerting, validation, rollback, and documentation for business-critical workflows.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 133,500 - 200,300 annually

Key Requirements

•3–5+ years of experience in integration engineering, software engineering, business systems engineering, or a related backend role.
•Hands-on iPaaS experience (e.g., Workato) building or maintaining integrations across enterprise SaaS systems like Salesforce, NetSuite, Workday, Ashby, Marketo, and Snowflake.
•Strong understanding of API patterns and authentication concepts including REST, SOAP, GraphQL, OAuth, SAML, and SCIM.
•Ability to write scripts in Python or JavaScript for transformations, validation, orchestration, and automation.
•Systematic troubleshooting skills using logs and handling data mismatches, failed syncs, and edge cases.
