•Keep the store sparkling and stocked, support promotions, and contribute to meeting store sales goals while upholding Sephora policies and standards.
•Participate in inventory control and loss prevention programs to ensure accuracy and reduce shrink.
•Complete training programs and apply learnings on the job to continually improve performance and knowledge of products.
•Collaborate with team members and leaders to deliver a welcoming, inclusive store atmosphere and exceptional service.

Key Requirements

•Must have or be willing to develop passion for client service and enjoy working with people
•Experience in retail sales or services industries is preferred
•Strong communication skills, ability to multitask, and comfort with computer/store systems
•Knowledge of what's new and trending in beauty is a plus
•Ability to build relationships with customers and team members
