Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead Ready’s financial strategy and long-term capital planning through SPAC IPO execution targeted for 2027.
  • •Own capitalization table management, equity administration, option plans, and investor ownership records with audit readiness.
  • •Drive IPO/SPAC readiness across financial reporting maturity, controls, governance, and public-company infrastructure.
  • •Partner with the CEO on fundraising, investor relations, and capital markets strategy.
  • •Build scalable finance, accounting, FP&A, and compliance functions; develop forecasting and KPI frameworks across the organization.
Travel: Medium travel

Salary: USD 275,000 - 325,000 annually

Key Requirements
