Head of Language Operations (m/w/d)

Develop and lead a global language strategy to ensure consistent content across markets, channels, and audiences. Manage end-to-end translation and localization operations, including terminology, postediting, and review, while aligning with IT, internal teams, markets, and external partners for brand-appropriate and legally compliant content. Continuously evaluate AI-driven translation, quality estimation, and controlled content generation, and modernize scalable systems and processes through automation and intelligent integrations. Lead an international team and drive a transition to a LangOps approach.
