Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop a global language strategy in close collaboration with international markets and business units to ensure consistent content across channels and target groups
  • •Lead an international team in a technical and disciplinary capacity and build the foundations for a high-performing, future-oriented language organization
  • •Own end-to-end management of translation, localization, terminology, postediting, and review to deliver content worldwide efficiently and with high quality
  • •Coordinate with business units, IT, markets, and external partners to ensure brand-consistent, legally compliant, and linguistically consistent translations
  • •Evaluate new technologies (e.g., AI-supported translation, quality estimation, knowledge-based processes, controlled content generation) and advance system/process landscapes through automation and integrations, driving the shift to a holistic LangOps approach

Key Requirements

  • •Completed degree in linguistics/communication sciences, technical editing, or a comparable qualification
  • •Several years of experience in translation management, international communication, or content localization
  • •Proficiency with modern translation tools, AI-supported solutions, and content management systems
  • •Experience leading international teams and aligning multiple stakeholders toward shared goals
  • •Negotiation-level German and English communication in an international environment
