Key Responsibilities

•Design and ship agentic marketing workflows using Claude Code, n8n, and Zapier across demand generation, ABM, and pipeline creation.
•Build reusable enrichment and signal plays to surface high-intent accounts for sales and marketing action.
•Strengthen lead-to-opportunity data foundations, including segmentation, reliable routing, and end-to-end funnel traceability.
•Build a warehouse-native data spine (reverse-ETL, identity resolution) to flow agent-computed scores/signals back into Salesforce and Outreach.
•Partner with Marketing Ops to evolve marketing automation infrastructure (Marketo and Outreach), maintain UTM governance/attribution logic, and run experiments with evidence-backed recommendations.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 91 - 150 hourly

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree.
•5+ years in marketing, growth, or GTM with hands-on technical building (not just tool administration).
•Experience shipping real agents and workflows using Claude Code, Clay, n8n, Zapier (or comparable tools) and being able to explain architecture/trade-offs.
•Strong marketing fundamentals with an independent POV on positioning, messaging, and campaign design.
•Proficiency with Marketo and Salesforce beyond standard user access, plus hands-on data warehouse + SQL (Snowflake/BigQuery) and reverse-ETL (Census/Hightouch).
