Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage facility operations and maintenance, including front-of-house operations, preventive maintenance, staffing, and ongoing venue setup and tear-down.
  • •Ensure optimum operating condition of facility equipment (e.g., crowd control devices, HVAC, elevators) and maintain cleanliness and grounds to keep areas safe and well-maintained.
  • •Oversee compliance by completing licensing, certifications, and required training records on monthly, quarterly, and annual schedules.
  • •Recruit, hire, train, and supervise part-time staff across departments, manage training programs, and support onboarding and orientation for in-sourced positions.
  • •Handle guest complaints and incident reports, resolve pending cases (including interviewing staff/witnesses and attending arbitration hearings as needed), and approve payroll for in-house departments.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven leadership with strong management and communications skills.
