Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the day-to-day activities of the Tawtheeq hub.
  • •Ensure the team meets set deadlines and stays within process and UAECB response TAT.
  • •Handle escalation inquiries for the team.
  • •Ensure MIS reports are accurate, timely, and relevant; own the centralized MIS tracker.
  • •Support policy and procedure updates based on regulatory changes, internal audits, and regulatory examinations.

Key Requirements

  • •Aware of GCD and compliance regulations for compliance officers.
  • •Broad knowledge of ADIB retail operational policies and procedures.
  • •Fair knowledge of UAE banking practices, regulations, and risks.
  • •Good knowledge of anti-money laundering (AML) regulations issued by the UAE Central Bank and other regulatory authorities.
