Key Responsibilities

  • •Carry a caseload of 25 billable hours/week providing NDBI-based services across home, school, and community settings
  • •Design and refine clinical protocols, assessment tools, and program resources used company-wide
  • •Build training materials and structured pathways for BCBA and RBT clinical growth
  • •Mentor and supervise individuals pursuing BCBA/BCaBA credential, including supervised fieldwork hours
  • •Partner with leadership to identify gaps in clinical resources and pilot solutions, translating NDBI research into practice-ready tools
