The Principal Omni Planner leads regional supply chain analytics and Integrated Business Planning (IBP) initiatives, delivering scenario planning, KPI analysis, and dashboards for senior leadership. Partners with regional and global teams to drive profitability, optimize service, cost, and inventory, and translate metrics into actionable business collaboration across regions, brands, and channels.

•Provide multi-disciplinary analytics for region, brand, and channel to drive KPI improvement and recommend business process changes
•Develop and manage financial updates for monthly and quarterly reporting deliverables
•Create dashboards and visually present metrics to highlight key takeaways and actions across regions, brands, and channels
•Bridge regional and global topics and translate metrics into long-term solutions with technical development teams
•Lead cross-functional projects to improve service, cost, and inventory and identify gaps in regional/global planning and operations

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree, applicable certification or equivalent experience
•Typically requires 8+ years of professional experience in relevant technical or business skills
•Superior analytical and problem-solving skills
•Strong collaboration and influence skills with ability to communicate clearly
•Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, sumif, vlookup) and experience with Microsoft Access and Cognos
