Fire and Life Safety Systems Engineer

Maintain and troubleshoot fire and life safety systems on customer sites, including preventative maintenance, fault diagnosis, effective repairs, and commissioning. Serve as the first line escalation for GENT-supported products and provide responsive support through an out-of-hours call rota. Commission and program Gent Vigilon systems, support system improvements, and prepare pricing for small works quotes while ensuring strong customer satisfaction through direct liaison.
