Key Responsibilities

  • •Take ownership of assigned shifts, including warehouse and kitchen processes, safety/cleanliness, quality, and training; maintain accountability for inventory and equipment.
  • •Ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately and smoothly, communicating with customers when issues arise.
  • •Guide Operations Associates through shifts, ensuring safety and productivity and serving as the point of escalation for daily operations.
  • •Support both warehouse and kitchen tasks, lead by example, and maintain a positive, safe atmosphere for customers and teammates.
  • •Contribute ideas to improve quality and customer experience and help optimize day-to-day operations.

Key Requirements
