Key Responsibilities

Key Requirements

  • •Complete required National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z, including passing required background/credit checks
  • •Some knowledge of retail product philosophy, policy, procedures, documentation, and systems
  • •Effective selling and referral, customer service, interpersonal skills, and strong communication, math, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
