Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct daily on-site inspections of mechanical systems (HVAC, DHW, pool & fountain, sprinkler, LPG, and kitchen equipment) and complete checklists.
  • •Monitor, test, and treat water in on-site pools and water features to meet health and safety standards; ensure utility consumption reporting and deviations.
  • •Respond promptly to maintenance requests and work orders; diagnose malfunctions and perform repairs or replacements.
  • •Follow the preventative maintenance calendar and perform weekly homecare inspections and routine maintenance for assigned Private Homes.
  • •Record activities in maintenance software, conduct inventory checks of tools, and keep technical rooms and workshop areas clean and organized.

Key Requirements

  • •Hands-on experience with plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and general maintenance.
  • •Strong technical knowledge to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical manuals.
  • •Ability to proactively identify and resolve problems.
  • •Strong safety and legal requirements knowledge, adhering to protocols in daily activities.
  • •Proficient spoken and written English; CPO certification is a plus.
