Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and present the branch AOP and execution plan to meet targets, delivering revenue and EBITDA through controlled operations and costs.
  • •Create and execute annual/quarterly/monthly operations plans across service lines and ensure seamless end-to-end daily operations.
  • •Plan peak season operations, including capacity building for infrastructure and manpower, and develop local vendor relationships.
  • •Track and share competitive activities and propose counter-strategies; manage shipper and account escalations per the escalation matrix.
  • •Recruit, develop, and retain branch teams; set KPIs for contracted accounts and review findings; maintain quality standards and audit compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Any Graduate / Post-Graduate.
  • •2-3 years’ experience managing branch operations.
  • •Ability to supervise teams and develop budgets.
