Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

•Manage end-to-end eDiscovery execution: intake, scoping, custodian identification, legal holds, preservation, collection, data processing, and performing secure data transfers to support Honeywell attorneys, outside counsel, and internal investigations
•Triage requests, develop scope with legal teams and external vendors, set priorities, and manage timelines across multiple matters
•Track matters, legal holds, and collections in the case/hold management systems; maintain clear status updates and documentation
•Manage SOPs, templates, and chain-of-custody records to ensure consistent, defensible execution
•Coordinate with internal teams (Legal, Compliance, IT, InfoSec, HR) and service providers to complete tasks on schedule; confirm deliverables and resolve exceptions

Key Requirements

•5+ years of eDiscovery operations/litigation support experience (holds, preservation, collection, and coordination through review) or 3+ years and master’s degree in related field
•Excellent communication skills to interact with attorneys, IT professionals, and vendors
•Project management experience, proven ability to manage multiple complex, deadline-driven projects simultaneously
•Immediate capability to manage data compliance in Microsoft 365 and execute eDiscovery projects in Relativity
•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, in Computer Science or a legal field (e.g., ACEDS, EnCE, RCA)
