Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation process in NICU unit.
  • •Skill-full in basic and advanced procedures such as managing neonates on ventilator, CPAP, HFNC, hemodynamic monitoring, blood gas sampling, E.T & tracheostomy suctioning, central lines care, and drug/fluid calculations.
  • •Handle neonates on phototherapy, incubator, and babies with Rh-ve mothers.
  • •Demonstrate competency in care of critically ill newborns (preterm, post-term, and low birth weight).
  • •Assist in blood transfusion procedures, feeding/breastfeeding, breast milk storage, catheterizations, resuscitation, and safe transport of neonates.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's/Master’s in nursing.
  • •Valid registration from state nursing council.
  • •Minimum 2 years experience in relevant field.
  • •Proven problem solving skills and ability to multi-task.
  • •Should be compassionate with good communication skills.
