  • •Provide leadership, oversight, mentoring, and overall management of the Civil team.
  • •Lead technical aspects of contract negotiation, presentations, and meetings.
  • •Drive marketing and business development activities, including client intelligence, pursuits, and proposal preparation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or closely related discipline.
  • •15+ years of post-education experience in engineering, civil, and infrastructure design.
  • •Engineer license required (multi-state preferred), including Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in Utah, Colorado, Arizona and/or New Mexico.
  • •Minimum 5 years leading, managing, and mentoring teams of structural engineers and technicians.
  • •Demonstrated experience with state/local governments, contractors, transportation agencies, professional organizations, and DOT projects and programs.
