Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare and update cost estimates, budget forecasts, and cost plans across all project phases.
  • •Assist in the preparation and evaluation of Bills of Quantities (BoQs), pricing schedules, and tender documentation.
  • •Perform quantity take-offs and verify contractor measurements and valuations.
  • •Track and manage project variations, changes, and claims, including support for claims assessment and dispute resolution.
  • •Maintain cost control systems, prepare regular commercial reports, and support interim payment applications and contractor certification.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • •Minimum 10 years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably on infrastructure or highway projects.
  • •Strong working experience with Ashghal projects.
  • •Sound knowledge of FIDIC contracts and cost control procedures.
  • •Proficiency in cost management software (e.g., CostX, CANDY) and MS Excel.
