Key Responsibilities

  • •Inspect customer vehicles based on work orders, identifying damage, missing parts, and mechanical problems across interior, exterior, odometer, trunk, and engine compartment.
  • •Prepare and complete required documentation, including writing electronic condition reports (ECR).
  • •Set up systems for day-end and perform day-end procedures.
  • •Maintain knowledge of policies, system capabilities, and job-relevant software packages and web-based applications.
  • •Follow safety and health procedures, participate in safety activities, and perform OVE courtesy walk-around inspections.
