Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering or relevant years of related field experience in building or systems commissioning.
  • •3 to 5 years of post-education experience in a building or systems commissioning discipline.
  • •Familiarity with building commissioning principles, practices, and application to project issues, including design/build and renovation/new design.
  • •Familiarity with building planning, design, installation management, and smart building design.
  • •Highly familiar with building technology/system installation and relevant codes, laws, regulations, and record-keeping requirements.
