  • •Establish performance specifications and tolerances for new products and coordinate design reviews with engineers, customers, designers, and vendors.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
  • •4 to 6 years of experience in packaging product development, managing multiple simultaneous high-priority projects.
  • •Knowledge of injection molding and/or stretch blow molding machinery and processes using PET plastics.
  • •Experience with polymer science packaging development and property-enhancing additives (e.g., barrier and UV protection).
  • •Ability to establish performance specifications/tolerances, perform statistical analysis/process control and stability, and use Microsoft Project/Excel/Word/Access/PowerPoint.
