Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and scale the AI Agent platform to enable high-volume, real-time conversational workflows with low latency.
  • •Design and implement APIs, services, and infrastructure powering multi-turn, cross-channel customer interactions.
  • •Own the full lifecycle from architecture to deployment and reliability for production systems.
  • •Prototype rapidly and iterate using live interaction data to improve system performance and user experience.
  • •Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and AI/ML scientists to deliver end-to-end features that drive business outcomes.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of professional software engineering experience with at least one modern language such as Go, Python, or Elixir

  • •Strong problem-solving ability and comfort navigating ambiguity in large-scale systems
  • •Must be willing to work on site, 5 days per week
