Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead strategy, roadmap, and delivery from customer/administrator discovery through product definition, engineering delivery, production validation, and continued improvement.
  • •Define consistent application and agent behaviors across packaging, deployment, versioning, automated upgrades, customer administration, identity/authorization, multi-tenant boundaries, persistent data, observability, and operations.
  • •Steward platform building blocks so new capabilities and runtime resources can be added while maintaining a coherent customer and administrator experience.
  • •Translate open problems into well-scoped releases with acceptance criteria, sequencing decisions, and measurable exit conditions.
  • •Validate delivered capabilities in real customer workflows using prototypes, APIs, logs, and product instrumentation; align engineering, design, security, identity, operations, and go-to-market teams on product decisions and trade-offs.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's plus 12 years, Master's plus 8 years, or PhD plus 5 years in product management, software engineering, or technical product leadership for software products.
  • •Prior software product management or product ownership experience with responsibility for requirements, prioritization, and roadmap decisions for enterprise software.
  • •Applied experience on an enterprise application platform, developer platform, cloud platform, or multi-tenant SaaS product where customers deploy onto your platform.
  • •Experience leading complex capabilities across application lifecycle management (packaging, deployment, versioning, upgrades) through production launch and customer use.
  • •Cross-functional delivery experience with engineering and design, and at least one of security, identity, operations, or customer-facing teams.
