Lead the post-sale onboarding experience for newly acquired personal injury law firms, ensuring successful go-live, stabilization, and long-term confidence in the partnership. Serve as the primary customer advocate while balancing operational rigor and relationship management. •Serve as the primary advocate for newly onboarded firms, addressing needs and feedback internally.

•Personally participate in on-site onboarding for complex or high-priority firms.
•Build onboarding plans, success metrics, timelines, and systems to track progress and report insights to leadership.
