Key Responsibilities

  • •Attend to guest-room maintenance requests, including breakdown, planned, and other types of work.
  • •Report and follow up on major and minor repair and maintenance tasks for guest rooms.
  • •When deficiencies or defects recur, suggest and coordinate implementation of alternative solutions with the team leader and superiors.
  • •Keep electrical panels, storage areas, and access leading to the roof locked.
  • •Support and follow relevant technical services department policies, processes, and standard operating procedures.
