Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement AI governance guidelines, processes, and standards aligned with the EU AI Act and Allianz AI rules.
  • •Continuously improve and automate operational governance processes where sensible.
  • •Define, document, and communicate enterprise reporting and controlling processes, including KPIs and reporting layouts.
  • •Maintain and steer the AI inventory, ensuring transparency about AI use cases and their business cases.
  • •Steer the AI steward community and provide sparring/advisory on AI governance topics across teams and stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Completed degree in business administration, economics, or a similar field.
  • •Extensive experience in project management, consulting, or strategy development.
  • •Deep knowledge of AI governance and regulatory requirements (e.g., EU AI Act), including AI governance-related certifications.
  • •Experience with AI governance processes and tools such as OneTrust.
  • •Strong communication and collaboration skills with German (fluent) and good English; comfortable working in agile structures with tribes and product teams.
