Own and grow a designated distributor network in the MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) space within the South territory. Build relationships with distribution partners and drive end-user demand by maintaining a strong pipeline of prospective users, launching new products, and executing demos and promotions. Track sales goals and competitor trends, manage pricing and purchase orders, coordinate marketing support, and analyze performance with Power BI to increase market share and top-line sales.

•Foster relationships with distribution partners and drive end-user demand in the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing industry.

•Execute sales processes to drive year-over-year growth, including product demonstrations, counter days, promotions, and COOP/marketing support.

•5+ years of experience in Sales or Marketing for construction supplies with a proven results track record.
•Strong interpersonal, negotiation, problem-solving, verbal and written communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
•Ability to meld empathy with determination to achieve outstanding results.
•Valid Driver’s License and physical ability to travel within the territory (travel requirements up to 50% stated).
