•Be the client’s first impression of Hermès image and convey warmth, courtesy, elegance and simplicity at all times.

•Develop sales across all product universes, prioritizing quality of products and service excellence for clients.
•Call on current and potential customers to establish and maintain client relationships and inform them about new products and services.
•Identify and handle client enquiries and concerns.

Key Requirements

•At least 5 years of relevant customer facing experience in luxury retail or another high-end service environment.
•Fluent Dutch and English; Mandarin is an asset.
