Asset Protection Partner

Safeguard Sephora assets and help create a safe, inclusive store environment by partnering with store leaders and the District Asset Protection Manager. You’ll promote safety and shrink awareness, maintain a strong presence on the selling floor, monitor and investigate losses using CCTV and reporting tools, and respond to incidents with professionalism and care. The role includes audits, compliance with asset protection policies, and support for multiple locations as needed.
