Key Responsibilities

  • •Locate, audit, and transfer kits or materials; perform receiving and materials pick-up/drop-off at vendor sites as required.
  • •Conduct cycle counts, update inventory records, and verify vendor deliveries; identify and process nonconforming material and maintain shortage reports.
  • •Prevent accumulation of excess/exceptional materials and purge excess/obsolete stock; rework, transfer, or scrap items as directed.
  • •Operate powered industrial vehicles (pallet jack, electric pallet jack, forklift) and may operate overhead crane; adhere to safety standards and protocols.
  • •Regulate and prepare material for cleanroom delivery and perform inventory transactions in Oracle or SAP; train other Material Coordinators as required.

Key Requirements

  • •Physically demanding work requiring extended standing, walking, working in tight spaces, climbing ladders/stairs, bending, squatting, twisting, kneeling, reaching, and lifting.
