Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide independent administrative support by prioritizing work, managing deadlines, maintaining confidentiality, and exercising sound judgment in a fast-paced environment; may supervise or delegate to other administrative staff.
  • •Coordinate meetings, events, visitors, conference rooms, catering, and special projects, capturing meeting notes, action items, and follow-up activities.
  • •Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and domestic/international travel arrangements, including itineraries, time zone coordination, and changing business priorities.
  • •Serve as a key point of contact for leaders, employees, and external partners by building relationships, answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring smooth office operations.
  • •Ensure compliance with company policies, expense reporting (TERs), Code of Business Conduct requirements, and safety expectations; use Microsoft Office and internal systems to improve productivity and troubleshoot basic technology issues.

Key Requirements

  • •Provide a minimum of a High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent).
