Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end benefits operations and service delivery across APAC markets, ensuring consistent, accurate, colleague-centric execution.
  • •Oversee administration of market-specific benefits (medical and life insurance, personal accident, retirement plans, flexible benefits, and other local benefits) and ensure accurate processing of benefit events.
  • •Establish regional service standards and ensure delivery against defined SLAs and quality/accuracy/colleague experience metrics.
  • •Provide regional people leadership: coach, mentor, and develop benefits operations professionals; lead change, process transformation, automation, and vendor transitions.
  • •Own APAC-wide operational risk, governance, compliance monitoring, and management reporting, including dashboards, KPIs/KRIs, and escalation handling.

Key Requirements

  • •Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • •8–12 years of experience in colleague benefits operations or HR shared services, with significant India exposure.
  • •Demonstrated experience leading teams in a complex, high-volume environment.
  • •Hands-on experience with insurers, TPAs, and pension trusts is highly desirable.
  • •Experience supporting audits and regulatory compliance in APAC is required.
