Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete a structured 12-month hospitality management training program with operational exposure.
  • •Gain exposure to Food & Beverage areas including restaurants, bars & lounges, banqueting & events, and in-room dining.
  • •Learn stewarding operations and guest experience practices.
  • •Support revenue optimization and quality/service excellence initiatives.
  • •Develop leadership skills through mentoring, coaching, and participation in resort and global business projects.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Food & Beverage Management, or a related field.
  • •Recent graduate from a leading hospitality school.
  • •Strong understanding of Food & Beverage operations and service standards.
  • •Excellent English and French communication skills.
