Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure accurate and timely execution of the order delivery creation process for transport and warehousing.
  • •Prepare, conduct, and settle inventory (annual and daily fragmentary checks) and process transport orders (FTL/PTL/LTL/courier).
  • •Coordinate with logistics service providers for warehousing, transport, and customs agency activities.
  • •Obtain customs-clearance documents for export shipments and manage invoice payment tracking with Accounts Payable and logistics vendors.
  • •Maintain SAP master data accuracy, support SCM complaints handling, perform weekly PBO audits, and support EHS and safety culture.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a commercial area, preferably logistics.
  • •1-3 years of experience in transport and warehousing logistics.
  • •Knowledge of International Commerce Terms (INCOTERMS).
  • •Fluent English and strong communication skills across functional areas.
  • •Experience with transport software (Transporeon, UPS Shipexec) and SAP knowledge are favorable.
