Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist the Project Manager to ensure the project meets quality standards and is completed efficiently and on time.
  • •Support establishing project governance, processes, and systems throughout the project.
  • •Ensure key information/data is effectively shared and appropriately retained.
  • •Interface with stakeholders (executive management, project team, consultants, vendors) and manage flow of project information.
  • •Assist with project plans, status meetings, issues/actions logs, monthly reporting, and proposal preparation (including variations).

Salary: USD 85,000 - 105,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of professional experience in project controls or administration.
  • •Experience in a project coordination or administrative role within the construction industry (preferred).
  • •BA/BS in Business, Construction, Architecture, or a related field (relevant experience considered in lieu).
  • •Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • •Expertise in Microsoft and Google Suite, especially Excel.
