Job Summary

Partner with clients at the branch to uncover financial wellness needs through in-person conversations and proactive calling. Build new client relationships and expand existing ones by advising on deposit, lending, and other products. Meet individual activity and sales goals, collaborate with branch teammates and line-of-business partners, and maintain strong compliance documentation. Support teller-line transactions as needed and participate in daily huddles and debriefs, including Saturday coverage.

•Provide a strong client experience by engaging clients and teammates and demonstrating the impact of the work on clients and their finances.
•Listen for financial wellness opportunities during in-person and phone conversations and deliver customized recommendations.
•Open personal and business accounts, including deposit products and lending products (e.g., home equity, unsecured lending, CDs).
•Build partnerships with branch teammates and line-of-business partners to acquire clients and deepen existing relationships, managing centers of influence.
•Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures, including appropriate documentation of client interactions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20.67 - 31.25 hourly

Key Requirements

•1+ year experience building new and current customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and developing referral sources.
•Understanding of consumer credit concepts including loan-to-value, debt-to-income, and credit reports.
•Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques with clients, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
•Ability to interact comfortably with small business clients, handle objections, and ask fact-finding questions (preferred).
•Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office including Word and Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, web-based browsing) to educate clients (required).
