Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide a strong client experience by engaging clients and teammates and demonstrating the impact of the work on clients and their finances.
  • •Listen for financial wellness opportunities during in-person and phone conversations and deliver customized recommendations.
  • •Open personal and business accounts, including deposit products and lending products (e.g., home equity, unsecured lending, CDs).
  • •Build partnerships with branch teammates and line-of-business partners to acquire clients and deepen existing relationships, managing centers of influence.
  • •Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures, including appropriate documentation of client interactions.

Salary: USD 20.67 - 31.25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •1+ year experience building new and current customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and developing referral sources.
  • •Understanding of consumer credit concepts including loan-to-value, debt-to-income, and credit reports.
  • •Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques with clients, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
  • •Ability to interact comfortably with small business clients, handle objections, and ask fact-finding questions (preferred).
  • •Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office including Word and Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, web-based browsing) to educate clients (required).
