Job Summary

Partner with sales teams to lead consultative discovery, craft solution visions and roadmaps, and build implementation/sustainment plans using AspenTech Asset Performance Management (APM) for O&G and petrochemical customers. Deliver value through client-specific solution design on the AspenTech platform, develop proposals and scope of work, and qualify opportunities through sales campaigns. Drive pipeline development, demonstrate capabilities on customer data, and support Latin America growth with occasional global engagements.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead consultative discovery with customers and craft solution visions, roadmaps, and implementation/sustainment programs.
•Develop O&G and broader segment APM solutions for Brazilian and South American industry needs, including value discovery sessions.
•Determine client business issues and present AspenTech software capabilities with technical solution, business value, and differentiation.
•Build client-specific solutions on the AspenTech platform and develop proposals/scope of work for consulting engagements.
•Work with sales teams to develop and execute sales campaigns, qualify opportunities, and support pipeline execution; demonstrate value using customer data.

Travel: Extensive travel

Key Requirements

•Previous consultant/pre-sales/professional services experience with Asset Performance Management (Predictive Maintenance is a must).
•Experience applying Machine Learning & Artificial Intelligence in industrial companies.
•Strong knowledge of industry processes, challenges, and evolving trends.
•Understanding of cloud and SaaS solutions and the impact of ML/AI in O&G; sustainability knowledge is a plus.
•Regional experience with Latin American O&G, plus strong consultative and analytical problem-solving skills.
