Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute system upgrade and installation and relocations activities for ASML systems at customer sites under close supervision.
  • •Analyze problems by gathering relevant information, using defined means, and collecting additional diagnostic information when needed.
  • •Handover and route problems by documenting relevant data (e.g., pass-downs, work orders, field service reports, technical reports).
  • •Install equipment at customer locations, including unloading components, inspecting for damage, assembling, aligning, and testing per guidance.
  • •Execute upgrade hardware installation and perform system setup/recovery for upgrade packages, following the up-to-date plan and sequence under guidance.

Key Requirements

  • •Be flexible and open to accommodate various work settings, locations, and collaboration with different colleagues.
  • •BS degree in a relevant technical field (Electrical Technology, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, etc.) or equivalent experience.
  • •Works under close supervision while executing well-defined upgrade, installation, and relocation activities.
  • •Ability to provide technical support for other Customer Support activities when needed.
  • •Problem analysis and willingness to gather diagnostic information as needed.
