Key Responsibilities

  • •Contribute to key parts of the Platform roadmap from problem discovery through rollout and adoption.
  • •Build developer productivity tools/frameworks to scale quality across teams with minimal friction.
  • •Design and implement CI quality gates (unit/integration/API/contract/E2E), improve test reliability, and create quality signals to prevent production issues.
  • •Build platforms for automation utilities, reporting, and observability to reduce engineering toil and increase confidence.
  • •Embed AI-assisted workflows (e.g., test generation, failure analysis, flake detection, regression recommendations, and smarter triage) and partner with Product Engineering, SRE/Platform, and Security to improve release confidence and feedback loops.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience as a software engineer, preferably in SaaS or product engineering.
  • •Strong software engineering fundamentals in system design, APIs, code quality, scalability, and reliability.
  • •Deep proficiency in at least one language such as Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Go, or Python.
  • •Strong understanding of modern engineering practices including CI/CD, developer workflows, release strategies, PR checks, and build pipelines.
  • •Hands-on experience with AI in engineering workflows, including using LLMs/AI agents and building AI-powered tooling with guardrails and evaluation.
