Key Responsibilities

•Serve as a technical advisor, plan works, provide technical reviews and quality management, and develop high-quality design outputs with hands-on design when required
•Lead Technical Delivery Management: mentor staff, delegate tasks, monitor timekeeping and performance, and manage project budget
•Provide Technical Excellence: prepare specifications, conduct feasibility studies, lead design verifications, and contribute expertise across disciplines
•Project Management: act as Project Manager on small to medium discipline-specific projects and apply Earned Value Management to track progress against budget
•Client Relationship Management: support business development, assist with bids/proposals, communicate scope with clients, and present progress to stakeholders

Key Requirements

•Bachelor of Science or Engineering from an accredited University
•12+ years' experience within the built environment after obtainment of undergrad
•Professionally registered as an Engineer with ECSA
