Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a technical advisor, plan works, provide technical reviews and quality management, and develop high-quality design outputs with hands-on design when required
  • •Lead Technical Delivery Management: mentor staff, delegate tasks, monitor timekeeping and performance, and manage project budget
  • •Provide Technical Excellence: prepare specifications, conduct feasibility studies, lead design verifications, and contribute expertise across disciplines
  • •Project Management: act as Project Manager on small to medium discipline-specific projects and apply Earned Value Management to track progress against budget
  • •Client Relationship Management: support business development, assist with bids/proposals, communicate scope with clients, and present progress to stakeholders

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Science or Engineering from an accredited University
  • •12+ years' experience within the built environment after obtainment of undergrad

  • •Hands-on design capability and ability to lead design tasks
