Key Responsibilities

  • •Understand tender/contractual conditions, scope, obligations, and estimation basis.
  • •Develop and maintain project execution planning elements including WBS, activity sequences, priorities, planning logic, and constraints.
  • •Prepare project planning packages and project-specific project control procedures.
  • •Measure actual progress, monitor against planned progress, and issue updated planning/monitoring packages and production control tools.
  • •Conduct site visits for progress follow-up, process planning/control data, identify potential problems, and provide inputs for internal management and corporate-level reports.
