Job Summary

Own digital adoption and change management activities for Reckitt’s Global Platforms, IT Operations, and Enterprise Architecture initiative. Educate and train employees using internal and/or external resources, coordinate multi-workstream planning, and build engagement approaches across channels. Create and publish aligned internal communications and content, analyze change requests and impacts, apply structured change methodologies (including comms and training), and measure ROI to drive continual improvement.

Key Responsibilities

•Educate and train employees using internal and/or external resources.
•Support the Digital Workplace Manager to drive adoption/engagement of existing and new capabilities (including AI tools) and manage stakeholders.
•Coordinate activity across multiple workstreams to understand requirements, build a consolidated plan, and ensure content is produced and disseminated.
•Execute structured change management activities including communication, training, resistance management, and change evaluation; analyze change requests and document requirements.
•Create and manage internal communications/content for Global Platforms, IT Operations, and Enterprise Architecture, including community of practice support and ROI measurement.

Key Requirements

•Demonstrated experience in IT adoption and internal adoption of AI tools, including Office365/MS 365 exposure.
•Experience applying change management methodologies and executing change initiatives that affect processes, systems, technology, roles, and organizational structures.
•Strong IT delivery background with understanding of different technologies and platforms.
•Experience as an adoption and engagement specialist, including copywriting and editing for internal communications.
•Working knowledge of MS 365 apps (MS Teams, Workplace by Meta, SharePoint, Forms, Planner) and familiarity with web design/content production (SharePoint desirable).
