Key Responsibilities

  • •Design end-to-end product experiences across Digital Forms, Team Chat, Task Center, and related workflows.
  • •Collaborate with Product and Engineering to turn complex customer problems into clear, actionable solutions.
  • •Partner with Product Managers to shape product vision, strategy, and roadmap for key workflow and collaboration experiences.
  • •Define scalable interaction patterns and UI solutions that simplify multi-step workflows.
  • •Use customer research and product analytics/feedback to evaluate design effectiveness and continuously improve experiences.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience as a Product Designer, UX Designer, or equivalent combination of education and practical experience.
  • •Strong UX and visual design fundamentals, able to simplify complex workflows into intuitive, efficient experiences.
  • •Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, including prototype creation and interaction pattern exploration.
  • •Familiarity with product analytics and research tools such as Pendo, Sigma, Maze, or similar platforms.
  • •Strong communication and collaboration skills with Product, Engineering, Research, and cross-functional partners.
